As your doula, I show up with calm presence and unwavering support from the very beginning of our relationship. I’ll walk beside you through the questions, the planning, the shifts, and the unknowns. Together, we’ll prepare for birth in a way that feels grounded in your values and attuned to your body’s wisdom.

During labor, I offer hands-on support, a steady echo of your wishes, and a protective sense of calm. Whether your birth unfolds exactly as hoped or takes an unexpected turn, you won’t be alone. My role is to help you feel seen, supported, and powerful in every decision.

Here’s what birth support can look like with me by your side:

Initial 30-Minute Consultation

Your complimentary 30-minute consultation is a space to exhale, ask questions, and feel heard. We'll explore what support feels right for you and begin shaping care that’s grounded in your values.

We Make It Official

If it feels right for both of us, we’ll reserve your support with a signed agreement and retainer. From that moment on, I’m here for you. You can reach out anytime with questions, updates, or just to share how things are going.

Prenatal Visits in Your Home

After booking, we’ll meet for 2 structured prenatal sessions in the comfort of your home. We’ll build your birth and postpartum plan, practice comfort measures, unpack fears, and spend time getting to know each other.

On-Call Begins

From 37 weeks on, I’m officially on-call for you day and night. When labor begins, I join you whenever you need me, whether that’s through early labor at home or active labor at your birth location.

Continuous Support Through Labor and Birth

From the moment I arrive, I’ll be by your side providing physical support, an echo to your wishes, and a calm, steady presence for both you and your partner. I’ll be by your side through birth and the first two hours postpartum to ensure you’re settled and you and baby are both fed.

Postpartum Visit at Home

Within a few days of your birth, we’ll reconnect for a 2-hour postpartum visit. This time is yours to process your birth story, ask newborn questions, get help with feeding, or just rest while I care for baby or prepare a nutritious meal. If you’ve chosen ongoing support, this will shift into your overnight sleep doula care.
